Went to this one. Bet my mate £20 before ko that Trevor Benjamin would never score a goal for us, as he was a useless oaf. Minutes into the game, he of course scored with his solitary strike in a sky blues shirt….although I’ve just watched the highlights back posted by Baldy, and realised that it was Maradonna-esque. How did the officials not see him punch it into the net?!

Eccles will be more disciplined than Kane, and a good chance for Burroughs. Otherwise, a strong team. He’s right to rest O’Hare with the 2 home games coming up.

Eccles is slow and scared to make a challenge but to be fair to him he’s a midfielder not a wingback. Kane should be playing that position today.
