Although I remember going to Watford, having Eccles and Burroughs as our wing backs , after an initial burning they both had superb games and greatly contributed to us beating themEccles is great, no problem with him in midfield. Following our recruitment theres absolutely no way he should spend one minute at RWB however.

I think we will do very, very well this season, but am concerned about this opening fixture, so would be delighted with a draw here.

Most of the new players haven’t had long to bed in and most haven’t played in this league. Was likely MR would go cautious. As the game wears on we will have exciting players who will be fresh and haven’t got to last 90 mins.I don’t think playing Eccles RWB necessarily means being more conservative. He’s not an action wing back who’s going to take players on but he’s a clever footballer can create in different ways, plus we’re going to have a lot of players making their debut tomorrow I don’t mind us playing him for some continuity then bringing Van Ewijk/Sakamoto on.

Yep "me when I ask to go out for a pint"In fairness there is a lot of very whipped men out there these days. A lot of very controlling women behind it. It doesn't get talked about anywhere near as much if the sexes were switched, but it is a pretty serious problem. I know a lot of blokes that are too frightened to even come for a pint now.
Not suggesting that is the poster in question as a birthday is a bit different, but the point still stands. You can't just brandish any man who wants a bit of freedom as an incel.
