Eccles is more than holding his own against some tough opponents. Sure he’s been caught out of position a couple of times and I noticed he looked a little lost and unsure who to mark on one Wigan corner but ffs let’s encourage him while he grows and learns. Wouldn’t be dropping Palmer for this one. He and COH weren’t at their best midweek playing against a parked bus. But against a team that will presumably attack us this game should be right up their street. Also thought Eccles was fine. Unchanged for me.
Agreed, but I am sure Jamie Allen was rested against Wigan with this game in mind. Also, he doesn't deserve to lose his place after his excellent performances against Watford and Blackburn.
