Never thought I'd find myself saying this, but if we don't score is time for Tavares last half hour.

My word.

Palmer started brightly again. Hopefully we can keep him involved this half. Gyok so close to getting shit off or being fouled.

Bristol’s apparently terrible defence looking like peak Bobby Moore

Couple of great tackles on Gyokeres

How the fuck can people not rate Palmer, absolutely everything we do goes through him

Gyo should have hit it with his left.

Hamer is absolutely dragging us through this game on his own.

Don't disagree. Shame really. I'd actually try him a bit further back now he's got no pace, but he'd need someone other than Palmer next to him.

And when midfielders behind him get involved so ball gets to him more. Least he has hamer playing great today.

Great defending
Waghorn down that’s good

Our finishing isn't anywhere near good enough. You can only say good tackle or good save so many times really. Far too often we just burn good chances.

Guess you’d better ask every club that has never decided he’s worth starting games when he’s been in their squad

Not really, hit it with his left and it's much harder for the defender.

Nobody doubts his ability to pass a ball or tackle, they doubt his ability to be able to find the game from time to time.

I think if one of our defenders makes that challenge we sing their praises.

I think it's because in the first half other than the first 10 mins he went missing and didn't really exude his influence.

I think he often seems to occupy lots of different positions and likes to have a wander to try and get on the ball more, which isn't always helpful.

However, he has the ability to play those perfectly weighted 'final balls'. I like him.
