Looking at a replay, it clearly wasn't a foul - even Oggy who backs keepers over outfield players constantly said it wasn't a foul.

they’ve always seemed a good team football wise whenever I’ve seen them - I’ve never understood why they struggle but they leave big holes in midfield and are poor defensively
