If life feels heavy, it's OK to say so. There are people ready to listen with no judgment. There will always be a solution to your problem, regardless of what your brain is telling you at the moment.

I know we bicker on here and argue about things that, in the grand scheme of life, don't matter. But behind the online persona, if you're in a dark place, please reach out to someone. Whether it's a PM to a mate on here or a chat with someone you trust, don't suffer in silence.

Andy’s Man Club​

Free peer-to-peer support groups for men. No referral or booking needed – just turn up and be heard.

MENtalk – Coventry & Warwickshire​

MENtalk is a free men’s mental health programme run by Sky Blues in the Community and funded by the National Lottery. It supports men aged 18+ across Coventry & Warwickshire through group and one-to-one sessions led by mental health professionals and activity coaches. These include mindfulness, creative, social and sports‑based activities to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation, and build resilience.
