So if I was to make an offer to buy the club (hypothetically of course as my euromillions numbers did not come in ) would SISU accept an offer equivalent to the value of the club or would they expect to see some of the £45m back?

If they had "written off" the £45m then there should be a buyer, but I doubt that is the case!
