I think it's quite well known how I feel about Richardson and I helped pay for, print and distribute thousands of anti-Richardson/Robinson leaflets.

Don't you think when someone is quoted in the Newspapers, that the Newspaper has to be accurate for fear of libel suits?....
And don't you think if AshbyJan was lying that SISU would have already sued him?...It's not "Rocket Science" m8

Taken from an Interview between "AshbyJan" and "The Observer

"What frustrates is they [Sisu] can suddenly find £10m to try and buy the stadium, but they can't pay the rent on it and they can't buy players," said their spokesman, Jan Mokrzycki. "It's obvious they don't give a monkeys about the club. No one else is going to come in and save us, it's up to the fans to do it ourselves. We might as well get in a position to do it now, rather than be like Portsmouth, scrambling around at the last minute trying to get something done.

NOW! If you still want to call me a liar...You are saying it to AshbyJan who QUOTES what I have said!

Why did you start a new thread? You could easily have bumped the old one up.

Anyway - here is what I said in response to some of your post in the the old thread:

Godiva said:
Interesting.
If you're a believer of facts, then why do you say that they have said the debts are 60-70m? They have never said that!
If you're a believer of facts, then why do you say they were about to buy half the stadium for £10m - they never said that!
(They said they were in talks with Higgs to buy their shares - which Higgs has confirmed, but they never said at what amount).

You accuse them of lying ... but are you not lying yourself?

In the old thread you tried to justify your claim (that sisu themself had said they were going to buy the Higgs shares for £10m) with a few quotes from people who were not sisu. And now you come back starting a new thread with another quote from anybody but sisu.

You can't find any quotes anywhere from sisu saying they are prepared to buy the Higgs shares at £10m, because they are not.
They want the shares absolutely, but not above fair value.

I never directly called you a liar ... I asked you a question because it seemed to me you were doing exactly what you accused sisu of. Giving false information.

Funny how sisu are just as bad but you think what they are doing is ok. Talk about sleeping with the enemy.

Everyone is missing my point....

I said at a point in time(Approx the time of the rent fiasco starting) SISU claimed to have £10m for a share in the Ricoh.
I was basically called a liar by Godiva....If I'm supposedly "All on my own" by making this statement...How come AshbyJan
made exactly the same statement???....Are we BOTH liars?

Is this a repeat of SBT's thread about what the Sky Blue Trust stands for?! (1) I don't understand the agenda here. Why is a quote from last Sept, when the Trust was only just getting reformed and things surrounding ccfc looked very different, being cited rather than more recent ones from the Trust in the Telegraph which reflect the stance that has been developed. Is this something personal against Jan? Why be so concerned with the Trust when it is ACL and sisu that should be the focus of attention given the current situation? (2) Grendel and Torch - in the what does the Sky Blue Trust stand for thread I ended with the following but don't seem to have a reply -

In response to Torch and Grendel...

Grendel - interesting post. I think what you outline is pretty much where the Trust is trying to get to. But again, let's be realistic about this. All work for the Trust is done on a voluntary basis and being democratic means working things through. A polished set of goals, business plan etc takes time (ACL haven't made a profit net of rent in 7 years and under SISU we have ended up in third tier football - if it takes time for them to get it right then maybe cut the Trust a bit of slack!)

Torch - you refer to being honest and that's a really important point. The Trust is open and transparent. Minutes of meetings are on the Trust website, you can see who is on the Trust Board, membership is open to all. Calling for such transparency by ACL and SISU might be more productive in moving things forward.

And finally, both of you seem to assert repeatedly that the Trust is anti-sisu. This is simply not true. But I adhere to the adage that you learn more by talking to people who disagree with you than with people who just agree so, as I've said previously, you would be very welcome to come to the Trust meeting this Monday, if you would like to be a guest speaker let me know or I'm always more than happy to talk about ccfc over a pint.

You seem to put things across a lot better than Jan. You have to admit, with every post on here and every sound bite there is a snide remark about Sisu or "the owners" and whenever he is challenged he takes it all very personally and whether he means to or not, he comes across as if he is trying to belittle his challenger. Turning every subject into an attack on Sisu doesn't come across as very impartial and condescending those with a different opinion doesn't promote the idea that the organisation he represents will listen to those it represents.

Not one person who has defended SBTrust against posters who have questioned it, have ever stated that they believe their points about the rent situation to be valid and certainly not welcomed any idea that Sisu might just on this occassion be acting in the best interests of the club. Leaving the section of supporters who, without the umbrella of an organisation, we represent. There's more than Torchy, Grendal and myself in the SBA community with a similar opinion.

Well, none of you have explicit evidence this is true. So yeah, it could be said you are liars.

Jus because 2 people say the same thing, doesn't mean it's right.

I think everyone on this forum, this time last season, were scorning Sisu and posting about them ruining the club. You're judging them on the performance of one out of the three different boards during their tenure. Hardly fair is it?

I have to admit, I had not heard of this Sky Blues Trust before the 'blue coffin' incident, so to me, they seem to be primarily an anti-SISU protest group/organisation, with a 'supporterist' veneer. I also think they have come across as unprofessional and unrealistic.

I think if the trust WANTS to be a serious, organised supporter trust, it needs to change it's policies. Simple, if not, I and others can not take them seriously.

I for one think that SISU have been exaggerated to the worst owners we've ever had, but if you look at; their predecessors, the context of the situation, and what Alki Dave said, they haven't been THAT bad.

A lot of people who like to criticise SISU, IMO, wouldn't say the same things had their policies been pursued by another owner, e.g. Hoffman, who (well, Keys), as a matter of fact, said THEY think the rent is too high and if the council didn't give them a better deal, would leave the RICOH.

Good, went there for a few weeks when the new owner took over to support a new bar, then they got too big for their boots and started barring people left right and centre, then whacked the prices up.

Nor would you have if you researched a little harder ,as it was'nt the trust who instigated that protest ,the one against the owners that were sending us to a level we had left behind for 50 yrs..

Not every time. They're still on their 3rd attempt and despite the rent dispute, they're not doing too badly given the resources... They've at least hired the right manager this time.

It turns out Onye was the infultrator the first time, on the face of things, the theory was good woth the first board.

Sisu did, yet you get Gary from the Trust quoted in The Times on Friday(as a Sky Blue Trust Spokesman), saying that "Ray Ranson walked away in disgust", and backs up his support for the twat that brought Sisu into the club and left with City's and Sisu's cash falling out of his arse.

All big supporters of a Hoffman/Ranson/Elliott takeover non-existent at that is.

Seems to be a "pressure" group in the way of tring to put pressure on Sisu to further the aims of Hoffman's imaginary Chinamen rather than the fans or the club from what I can see.

Would like Sisu out of the club as much as anybody, but not without any viable alternative, and not to have my strings pulled like a puupet for anybody's agenda.
