That's outrageous! I don't think there are any others within 15 minutes walk, so I assume it has to be the Morrisons with entrances on Penistone Road and Langsett Road? That carpark has no cameras and no signs warning of time limits or other parking restrictions. I've often left the car there...

That particular Tesco has a 2 hour parking limit - and it's controlled by ANPR cameras so I suspect you wouldn't get around it by spending money in the shop. If you carry on along the A61 towards the ground there's a Morrisons a mile or two past the Tesco turnoff. AFAIK they don't have any...
