Because we have lost Kelly. Most fans wont have had Kelly in their best 11, but he played a lot of games at the end of the last 2 seasons when others were injured or spent. Teams that finish at the top dont have their players constantly playing 90 minutes Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday.

I hadnt realised that the terms of Cameron Archers transfer to Sheffield United, meant Villa had to buy him back when they were relegated .Minus a hefty loan fee. Archer on loan would give us some attack.
