Can all the dickheads stop calling him Judas, it's pathetic, we signed him on a free, he was brilliant for us, then left us at the end of his contact. He's probably doubled his wages, and very likely to get promoted this season. Football careers are short. He owes us nothing.

His brace was in boxing day, half a season ago.

His first appearance aside, I completely disagree.

He's looked handy every time he's come on. Lampards use of subs is pretty poor, nearly always like for like and you can predict most of them before the games even kicked off. What's the point of having depth and variety if you only ever make the same subs.

100% and it was by design. They set up to allow us to have the ball, sit in a mid block and then try to pick us off on the counter. We didn't create much with that possession. Possession means nothing. As I said earlier our xG was 1.5 compared to Sunderlands 1.4. even if you take off Milan's...

Even if you scrap that 1.5 Vs 1 xG is hardly a battering in terms of chances created, where we deserved to be 3-4 up.

Would we? We didn't create many decent chances. Both teams xGs were similar.

    Team for tuesday

Completely agree, Grimes, Sheaf, and Rudoni guilty of slowing the game down. Even EMC does it.

Horses for courses. Torp is much better when we have lots of the ball, Sheaf is much better when are having to defend. When a team is sitting back like Sunderland did tonight, you really don't need to play Grimes and Sheaf.

Yep, every time we play a team that sits back in a block and is happy just to try and hit us on the counter we get found out. Lampard has never managed to find a plan b

I was in line with Kitching, he was playing him on for the first.

I know it's a tactical thing, but Grimes to me is far too deep and slows the game down too much.
