JDS was outstanding first half. Our best player. Really silly challenge. Not sure why he made it.

Da silva is such a good player. Becoming one of my favourites. His composure is phenomenal.

The most important 7 for us as a base is Rushworth, MVE, Bobby, Kitch, JDS, Grimes and Torp. We can rotate the other 4 but obviously we hope injuries don’t affect us too much.

EMC changed the game in our favour. Just by his positioning and aggression with the ball at his feet. Final ball was poor at times, but he cant possibly be a 5!!

It worked. It totally worked. As I looked round at the heaving stadium watching a Cov band sing our (their!) song, all I could think about was where we were 10 years ago. A dire situation with a soulless stadium. It’s been an incredible rise.

It was like Tats was playing in an entirely different game. I can’t remember seeing a difference in one player compared to the whole team for a long time.

We were so good today. Fantastic to see us dominating every team we play. I thought at the time BTA’s touch was a work of art. Just watched it back. It was. Stunning control. And lead to the goal. Doff my hat Brandon.

My take from today is I’m so happy with our first team. It was like a cheat code when they came on. This is going to be a very good season. 👍🏻👍🏻
