Deal or no Deal : Max Biamou

It has to be what is best for ccfc and MRs future plans if it is a choice between Max or Gyo would only take one or the other given the age difference, being left footed and possible future value I would have Gyo either way imo we need another and fingers crossed Godden gets right. Taveres...

    Sam Mccallum

Can’t see a premier club will take him on loan, somewhere like Rangers or Celtic or abroad perhaps, if they loan him out again MR might be tempted again wouldn’t rule it out.

Do you put any blame in Joy Sepalla, lap ?

    Gustavo Hamer

We all know Liam Walsh can play to a high standard in division one and I have no doubt he would perform at a good level in the championship we have seen Ostigard, Sheaf & Hamer all do well in their first year in the championship so why not Liam Walsh. I would only consider signing him if Hamer...

    Gustavo Hamer

Lot of Premiership players with club option on their contract move with their parent club retaining a percentage of any fee should they get sold on later. I think Liverpool let a player go last season but have first refusal on him should he move on.

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

Allessani was taken on knowing he had had career threatening injuries but was a quality player worth a gamble and I think Wakefield was similar.

Well he has the biggest chance considering he is a Norwich player.

    Steve Hunt.

Steve Hunt was a good player who always gave his best and became a top midfielder but shit on publically in front of us supporters at Highfield Road by Jimmy Hill.

    Gustavo Hamer

We seem to be linked with half the Brighton reserves lately Osti, Gyo, midfielder Danny Cashman and l believe goalkeeper Christian Walton not sure who of them are free agents or on options though. I’d consider selling Hamer purely because I don’t see him staying long term and we are a stepping...

    Who are Coventry City's Rivals?

Going back to 1967 it was Wolverhampton Wanderers promoted to the then first division now the Premiership together but Wolves were relegated a few years later and drifted down the divisions and the rivalry dropped away. Now our fans probably see football wise Aston Villa or Leicester as our...

    Manager of the Month

When you think of the seemingly hopeless position Wycombe were in little over a month ago Gareth Ainsworth has to be in with a shout couple of more points they could have survived.

Get Walker fully fit is vital but so is another striker and that includes if we keep Gyokeres buy one or loan one not bothered but we need four, Taveres would be a bonus.

    50 +1

I don’t think we should spend more than we have, but had St.A not happened we might have had more to invest, again I’m talking pre-pandemic. I don’t get involved in the sisu mantra other than a large pinch of salt as to why they shifted us out to Brum.

Of course it was, as I asked what did it achieve ?

    Colkett training with Coventry

Looks like he has ability, cheap, left sided and on trial with a view to sign apparently if he proves himself for Mark Robins to offer him a deal that’s good enough for me.

    50 +1

St. Andrews wouldn’t have happened which would have earned ccfc about £200k a home game more, pre-pandemic I still ask the question what did it achieve ? Then there’s Northampton all that achieved was losing the Ricoh to another business.

    Ben Sheaf future

Although his form dipped a little Sheaf has proved he can cope in the championship remember he came into our team seriously blighted with injuries to our better players I thought in the main he did okay. Fee agreed, we know what we are getting, good height, no brainier for me, hope we can do a...

Relegation final stretch , who will stay up

It would suit us if Rotherham survived Sheffield Wednesday and Derby have more potential to do better next season, but I can’t see them beating Cardiff.

    Ben Sheaf future

I think we should respect MRs decision whatever it may be. My view on Sheaf taking into account he was a rookie, learning and came into our team with half the squad out injured I thought he did okay had a few blips and went off the boil a bit but I still think he will get better.
