Extraordinary Mark Robins after match interview

When our football club means so much to us we want a leader who represents everything that's good and positive; somebody who has instilled in our club a winning mentality and in our Sky Blue community a sense of regained pride and togetherness. Nobody could do it better than MR and I am so...

Extraordinary Mark Robins after match interview

If you haven't seen it yet, watch his interview on Football Focus on Saturday; started planning for this season on the coach back from the play-off final and celebrated beating Wolves with an Indian meal with his family. Mark Clement described it as the most Mark Robins answer ever

    VAR needs an overhaul

Cricket works well when the marginal decisions given not out by the umpire are never over-ruled but left as umpire's call to reflect a margin of error. Yesterday was a true umpire's call as it wasn't given on-field

    VAR needs an overhaul

Watched the BBC highlights last night and surprised none of the pundits really questioned it. Apparently not on the live coverage either ? At very best it was highly marginal

Isn't today just the most exciting day ever!

You missed MR looking very uncomfortable when Clem hugged him at the start - don't think Mark is a hugger !!!! The ex-England women's goalkeeper as good as picked us to win - said we have the psychological advantage as 'we're flying' Must have missed everything since the Leeds game :unsure...

    Wembley plans

Sky Blue express from Essex, tube to the Globe, food from KFC, tube to the ground, bypass the crazy qs for a pint in the fan zone and straight to the bar in the concourse PUSB

Extreme reactions apart and bad performances do happen of course but I'm just totally baffled by that. Preston was bad but that was beyond words.

    Josh Eccles

If we had paid £5m for a player in Eccles’ position and he put in a performance like yesterday’s the forum would be creaming itself like an overstacked chocolate eclair. Pure class yesterday and a young player on the up and up. Time to appreciate and after watching United’s dozy midfield today...

    The Run In

Why are we developing our own story about Sheaf leaving ? Hasn't he got 2 more years on his contract ? Why would we let him go if we're serious about a big push next year ?

Match Thread Coventry City - Cardiff City Match Thread - Monday 1st Apr

Apart from the last frantic 10 minutes, the only time we stepped on the gas and moved at pace we scored. After that it was pedestrian, predictable and sloppy and very unlike us. Too many off the pace at the same time. Just one of those days I guess but COH should certainly have come on earlier...

    Recruitment has been shocking

We sit high up in the FZ and it was noticeable at the start of the season how many runs Simms was making which weren't spotted by his team mates - or they didn't have the confidence to play him in. In either case it takes time for these things to gel. I'm sure this is why KP is now ahead of COH...

    Missing piece of the jigsaw

Yes it is. I think it's Terry Cooper from Bristol City bottom left and maybe Terry McDermott top right. Top left difficult to see - as difficult as it was for him to outjump Fergie !!

Anybody else spot the race between O'Hare and their defender ? He was massively outpaced I really hope he stays and will wish him well if he goes but I think his lack of pace will be a big challenge in the prem

    Missing piece of the jigsaw

Some interesting youth names on there along with those youth and senior that didn't make it - whatever happened to Liam Kennedy, Steven Russell, Clive Haywood, John McFarland, Michael Lynch and of course and Gary Collier

    Missing piece of the jigsaw

Gillespie best suited for me and Hutch would have had much more protection than he did back then ! Probably Oakey as well - terrible shame that his career was cut short by injury
