Some of that defending was truly awful. On the bright side, I think I spotted myself in the crowd!

In a friendly game I once played alongside a guy who was a part time pro with Bath City. It was like playing with Bobby Moore and Franz Beckenbaur rolled into one. If I'd ever needed any appreciation of how painfully average (at best) I was, I got it that day.
