I've always thought the club needed to consider us as customers...it has been their failing that they have not in the past...alot of 'fans' no longer buy into their inept performance as custodians of the brand.

The club died a few years back for me. The clincher was Northampton. I can't see how the club can recover. Mainly because the ageing fan base is fed up with the continual bullshit on and off the pitch. Once they leave it will be hard to get them back.
