    breaking news? at 5pm today

That poll seems to contradict that, at least on here anyway. Funny thing is that just a few weeks prior after the inevitable failure of the appeal general consensus on here seemed to be SISU should just drop the litigation, without out asking for anything return. Wasps say that the litigation...

If you took a balanced view of what both have said you wouldn't vote in or out. For the large part the in campaign is based on why you shouldn't vote out not why you should vote in and the out campaign is based on why you shouldn't vote in not why you should vote out. As referendum campaign's go...

    Ryton ?

Now you say that Dave I think that's what it was and I confused it with something from years ago. Cheers.

I'm aware of the details. I'm just asking what we've done to address them. CCC have looked into it yet we haven't. Why not?

    Ryton ?

I thought the FOI's had thrown up something more recent? Could be wrong.

Well unless we and crfc have applied to build a 15-18k stadium won't it be us and crfc who are holding it up at the moment? Wasn't it last November when the LR broke the BPA story? Surely if we and crfc were serious we'd have some sort of plans drawn up by now and started the process of having...

So you already know the motives for going back to Sixfields when actually there's little to indicate that it will actually happen. Keep promoting the hysteria that's bound to contribute to a solution.

Yeah, exactly this. Make the noise but keep the hysteria out of it until we know what is happening at the end of the current deal.

Was thinking that myself. The obvious one being dropping the legal action. Which let's face it would be no great loss to CCFC win, draw or lose.

    Ryton ?

Didn't it come out in one of the rounds of FOI (1st one possibly) that planning for housing had been enquired about and flatly rejected?

    breaking news? at 5pm today

Yep. It's a good statement but it smacks of our owners locking the gate after the horse has bolted so they can play the victim. Again. Plus yet again some parts turn a blind eye to what our chairman has been spouting for the last 3 years.

    Legal action

So four judges have ruled that there is no case to answer to. How many more jusdges need to say that there is no case to answer before people expect SISU to drop the legal challange? Is there a difinitive amount? Also those that think that they should carry on, in the unlikely event that...

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

I suspect any damage thats coming CCFC's way is inevitable now and is coming wether SISU get it or not. That's the path SISU have set the club on IMO. So if someone is going to get it from damage heading the clubs way regardless it may as well be SISU who get it. I can't think of anyone better...

I think someone is trying to buy Swansea at the moment but I think Ospreys are a totally separate company though aren't they? You'll also have to excuse my ignorance but are Ospreys actually in the premier league? People buy whole groups. Most football teams are a group of companies. How many...

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

I don't know. Lots of Billionaires own premier league football teams or championship teams with premier league aspirations but I can't think of one who owns a premier league football team and premiership Rugby team both operating from the same first class stadium with a 200+ year lease. If Wasps...

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

Unlike SISU of course who when aren't rescuing kittens and feeding the starving have an affinity to Coventry. Maybe that's why they're based in the tax haven that's the Cayman islands. It's so they can turn baby turtles back over and escorting them safely to the sea during hatching season...

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

I would hope that there would be no fear of that happening given the recent precedent set by the football authorities over the proposed rebranding of Hull.

If it was about communities and traditional why would you stop watching local team CCFC as you apparently traditionally have.
