Sweaty, nervous, on edge, excited, breathless and trembling with anticipation

Looked clear to me too. Wondering if word has got around amongst refs that Keogh has a tendancy to dive at times in the penalty box.
  2. Otis

Good value, 5 unbeaten, scored 4 in two games...

I'm just guessing it was fatigue from not enough match fitness.

Me too. Had a real dilemma though. The sun was shining, so in tense moments I couldn't look away from the game and look up. When I looked down all i could see was the builder's backside of this great big lump of a bloke sitting in front of me. Usually when it gets tense and the opposition...

I was praying it was to be Bigi. So glad it was. It was the correct decision.
  5. Otis

    Thorn

Fair enough. Wasn't trying to take any credit away from Thorn. If he brought them in then of course he should be praised for doing so.

Yep. And that's what I have said. Think you read my post as i was editing it. Maybe it's you who should read again. :D
  7. Otis

Good value, 5 unbeaten, scored 4 in two games...

Not so sure. I'm worried we are not getting fitter and stronger, but are getting less fit and weaker. Players are now playing with knocks and injuries because we have no-one else and the squad is so small. i am worried that the likes of Nimely could do with a rest and so too Platt, who has been...

Thomas had to come off. For me Bigi was the obvious choice to come on.

    Thorn

We need to put this to bed. Surely we ALL want him to succeed. He's Coventry City's manager. If he does well the City do well. We all want him to be a success.

    Thorn

Really don't get all this at all, Rich. The vast majority of reasoned City supporters simply see it as it is. Today Thorn gets praise. He got it right. When he gets it right he receieves praise. If he makes a mistake then his decisions are questioned. I would say most City fans ARE fair. I...

    Thorn

Why on earth would you think that? :o What on earth have I said in my post that alludes to it being anything like a fluke? :o Stunned that you would think that.
  12. Otis

    Thorn

To be fair to him, Thorn did a pretty good jon himself of making himself look bad earlier in the season.
  13. Otis

    Bigi

Bigi has such quick feet and good vision too.

    RATINGS FOLKS v Portsmouth

If we win every game and at the same time are reported as being shit or lucky I think I can live with that.
  15. Otis

    Bakers Back....

Yeah. The last two games he played in.
  16. Otis

    Thorn

I think the key has been the new players. Not even the fact that they are necessarily better, but the fact they fit better into our system. Really liked Juke but his inclusion left us all disjointed and the systems failed because of it. The new players have pace and suit our systems so much...

    RATINGS FOLKS v Portsmouth

Seemed that way. I sit in Block 19 and was right at the right angle for it. Certainly looked like a shot from where I was sitting. Who cares. :D
  18. Otis

    Bakers Back....

Great news if he continues the form he showed in the last two games.
  19. Otis

    RATINGS FOLKS v Portsmouth

He didn't scuff it, but it looked like a shot to me.

I love to be loved. I live to be loved. The lights, the music, the splash of the greasepaint, the wild applause from the eager audience, my encore, my bows ... my flowers, my plaudits. The world's a stage and I am merely a player living for the thrill of it all.
