no it was a post game Bt programme reversing the previous weeks poll so most Wasps fans were in their living rooms like me. Also it wasn't ab Wasps only poll.
I am not saying I agree with either just saying what is out there.
I have never called anyone a scab. I always said Sixfields attendance was down to personal choice, even if My choice was to stay away. I thought those attending would prolong our exile. But ultimately I believe in the freedom of choice.
plus I said fans you allude to one and haven't a clue...
That is why the latest poll on national TV showed 70 per cent plus in favour of Wasps moving to Coventry. The audience was predodmanently a rugby audience and that needs consideration.
The biggest turn off for most football fans would be the bitching amongst Coventry fans and some of them...
It is a step in the right direction but adult ticket should be 15-18 pounds, concessions around 11-14 pounds and juniors should be no more than 10 pound....that as standard.
Premium zone should be 20-22 pound adult, concessions 14-18 pounds and juniors as above..
beer should be 2.50 a pint...
Even Wasps recognise, more realistically I think, a new stadium project beginning to end is more likely to be 10 years. You can also get along way down the road, investing money for it to implode...las they have already found out.
Yes they do appreciate it as they know how difficult it is to get a good tenants agreement and how difficult it is to source and build your own stadium.
They also realised, unlike SISU, that the Ricoh was a cheap gift horse.
Hartlepool, Exeter and Halifax all seemed pretty grim teams to follow when I was growing up....perhaps the toughest team to follow though was Darlington, alas the ambition of a new stadium finally killed them off.
Stadium is only one leg on the beast. It is what else the stadium has to offer. A 500 thousand plus revenue stream for a start and that's before it is marketed properly. As for other stadiums in London, Wasps fans have discussed Crystal Palace on their forum until they realised that would...
I wouldn't expect an announcement even if a better deal was struct, I would suspect any increase in revenue would benefit our owners before it trickled down to our team. Unfair maybe, but that's how cynical they have made me.
I came across a league table not so long ago which just recorded results regardless of what league you were in at any given time. We were 74 or something similar.
My faith in SP has just tumbled and my love of Helena Costa just started to grow. Could she really be worse than what we have had over the years?
Better looking than Ian Dowie for starters.
