Id back a team with Hamer Sheaf Palmer and O’Hare to produce enough chances for Godden. I think our current style of lump intyp to Vik doesn’t help him at all.
But if Vik goes surely you’re talking £10m, you’d expect us to at least pick up a loan or two.
Surprised with the number of Kelly fans on here no one’s suggesting replacing Sheaf or Eccles with him.
Bench for Saturday could look quite strong TBF Moore, Kane, Doyle, Kelly, O’Hare, Godden, Tavares. All first team capable players, and Tavares.
Not sales I’m worried about in Jan but whether we get replacements in. I think the squad could do with freshening up in two or three places so could end up being net positive even if we do lose one or both of Vik and Cal.
The one problem they have is they’ve always had the same deal with members as Russia has with its electorate (basically well win elections and you lot are basically irrelevant), Brexit caused a big change in their membership demographic who are more concerned with smashing things up than...
I want them in single figures.
I want them ground to dust.
I want scenes of Rees Mogg, Shapps, Patel, Johnson, the entire ERG losing their seats on election night.
Then I want a new right wing party to emerge. Or ideally two.
I’m not generally pro PR, but I’d be very tempted if I were Labour...
Direct Democracy is a fucking terrible system as shown by how we just used it to tank out own country at the behest of a few rich pricks and foreign interests.
Tge whole thread of this is me saying well score more when they’re back because we’ll play more expansively and right now Robins values discipline and hard work. And then people started telling me I didn’t want us to win!?!?
…
But the whole point is it’s a false dichotomy. This will grind out points but you aren’t going to finish top half with this kind of football, certainly not with our squad.
