That's the thing isn't it. If all they're doing is sitting around waiting for Wasps to go bust they don't need JR2 to drag out to do that. The only way that this can effect Wasps is if SISU win. It's just mental to suggest otherwise. Even if this is part of some elaborate plan to make us "move...

JR1. I believe that they didn't expect it to go as far as it did and when it did they didn't know what else to do but see it through. Whatever the purpose of it was it didn't serve it. There is no scenario where SISU achieved anything that they set out to do. It failed to deliver what you, I or...

Reputation? Costs can be measured in just monetary terms you know and in their business reputation is everything. Not doing so well since JR1 are they? Coincidence?

Surely attrition would have to lead to a victory? Who was the victor from JR 1? Who was did the attrition cost? I'm not alone on this one. I said right from the start and multiple times since that that SISU don't batter people in court they use the courts to batter people. That's all fine and...

Ha ha. Loosing on purpose again. No doubt you'll deny it all again when SISU are sent home packing from court with their tales between their legs and what's left of their "we batter people in court" reputation in tatters.

If "if" SISU did get a result and compensation was awarded the case is being brought by ARVO and Otium so only one thing will happen. ARVO will take their share and then take ours when the "not real debt" suddenly becomes very real and ARVO call it in. That's probably when Ryton gets sold also...

I think a few people are saying/assuming the same. No different from JR1 in that respect, heads will roll, smoking gun etc. History repeating, doing/saying the same things expecting different results.

    Vincenti

Can't comment on yesterday's game but I based on the last two home games I thought he was improving. Was more involved and what he did was more effective than the two home games prior to that.

I thought you were saying a failed investment other than CCFC. My mistake.

I think OSB has pointed out before that she's signed stuff of on behalf of ARVO so she's definitely involved. Don't know what the structure is between SISU and ARVO other than ARVO seem to bankroll SISU's investments so you may well be on the right track. Which failed investment are you...

    Lee Burge

Agree on the first goal. He could/should have done better. Second goal though you can see Burge telling the defence where the danger is coming from before the cross came in and our defender still let their scorer get the wrong side of him. Can only blame the defender for that given he'd just...

Which areas of Cov or out of town?

Someone has already mentioned Wolston and everyone I've ever met from there supports Cov. Always thought of Southam being Sky Blue heavy also. Known a few lads through work over the years from Southam and surrounding villages and they've almost always been Cov fans. Known a few from Daventry...

Which areas of Cov or out of town?

Rugby. There are a few others. Quite often see someone walking around in a sky blue top. The cemetery in hilmorton has a gravestone with a CCFC badge on it (hope you're not turning over in your grave Bill with what's happening at the club). Mac at the Avon Mill used to run coaches to games from...

Which probably means that we're stuck with SISU for another five years. Based on what they've achieved so far during their tenure that probably means we will be a well established non league team losing at home to our landlords. Nuneaton town, Sphinx, Leamington, Rugby Town, Coventry United...

If they do take us away it certainly wouldn't be for footballing reasons, the benefit of the club or the fan base.

I didn't disagree and I said I'm no legal expert but as far as I'm aware Ponzi schemes are illegal. Although you now seem to be explaining why it isn't a Ponzi scheme. I'm guessing that the dimwits did due diligence before buying into the bonds, I'd imagine bonds always carry an element of risk...

You should contact the FCA and offer your expert advice if you truly believe it was a Ponzi scheme. I'm no legal expert like yourself but I'm pretty sure they're illegal.

No shit Sherlock. We had to own ACL for that but according to you and SISU it was worthless. Unless of course you wanted an extended lease at the Ricoh. In which case it was valuable. Are you really not getting this? Aren't you supposed to be clever or something or is that just an act?
  19. skybluetony176

They got it by purchasing ACL you nutcase. ACL always had the right to extend the lease. They didn't need a de facto agreement it was always there so long as you purchased ACL.
