Did I not read Appleton (the administrator) had some involvement in the Pompey admin fiasco? Edit: just googled it and he was involved: ......Robinson exchanged contracts in December and Paul Appleton, the joint administrator of David Rubin & Partners LLP, confirmed the completed deal......
