Disgusting stewards and their pathetic excuses.

Email from club immediately after the game.

Would have been good if they apologised for the crowd disturbances involving the police in block 15.

    Carl Baker - Derby Goal

I thought he played very well yesterday also, would be a much better option at the tip of the diamond than Bell imo. He is lightweight sometimes and sometimes his passing is a bit wayward but he is one of only a few players in the squad with the ability to beat a man and take him out of the game.

    3 Vital Gams Coming up!!!!

I believe we can beat Ipswich and Reading but Blackpool will probably turn us over.

    Ratings Folks

Murphy-6 - Don't remember him having much to do in the first half Christie-8-Defended well and got forward well, put some fantastic crosses into the box Keogh-7-Defended brilliantly put in some great block tackles Cranie-7-Looked calm and composed and made some great interceptions...

    No more grass cutters....

Yea I would just like to see Hussey try and get a bit further down the pitch instead of hitting crosses from deep. I do think Hussey is a good player though.

    CCFC Vs Derby, Crowd Trouble

Stupid and didn't need to happen. After the stewards display against Watford where they were lucky they didn't start anything surely they would realise the smallest spark could kick something off. A bit of common sense and it could have been avoided.

Carl Baker Dedicates His Goal To His Brother

He played very well today, good dribbling and some positive play going forward and capped off by a great goal. He can be a bit light weight and his passing can sometimes be a bit ropey but he is one of the only players with the ability to dribble past a man and take him out of the game.

Have they learned nothing from the first sisu out banner, a PR disaster ?

Agreed it was such an idiotic decision for stewards and police to get involved. The anti SISU chants didn't gather any pace until the stewards got involved and the anger at the stewards was shown just by the chants becoming louder. If they had not got involved I am confident the chants would not...

    david bell

He was average today, my biggest issue with Bell is that he rarely looks to passes the ball forward. He gets possession and just moves it on with a simple pass sideways or backwards. Not enough for what is considered to be our "creative" player playing at the tip of the diamond. Saying that I...

    How did Cody do ???????

Nobody's writing him off and they are stupid if they do. Simply stating he played poor today. We will see how he is looking after 10-15 games he should have his match fitness back by that time.

    No more grass cutters....

Christie crossing was great, Hussey's crossing was poor imo. A problem with Hussey is that he often crosses from far too deep closer to the half way line than the by line often when he crosses.

    Rules on Flags and banners

Ricoh arena facilities director said if you want to bring a flag/banner in you must approach them in advance of the fixture and produce a fire safety certificate which Derby done. They then look at the message on the banner and as long as it is not abusive etc. they approve it to be allowed in...

    Hoffman in directors box?

I hear Ken Duleiu was a the game today also, seems strange for him to fly over from Portugal as he never usually attends :thinking about: I thought Hoffman attends all games though so I don't think we should read too much into this.

    How did Cody do ???????

He was poor imo, still only his first game anybody expecting him to make the step from league 2 to championship in the first game is unrealistic. Needs time to build up a partnership. Never really got in the game much.

    Protest outside in future

Anyway the protests didn't even start until the stupid stewards stuck their fat heads in. If the stewards had just left them alone then I doubt any anti SISU chanting would have taken place and if it did it wouldn't be at the volume it did. I don't think it is a coincidence our worse passage of...

    Attendence for derby.

Well an adult ST averages out around £12 a game whilst the non ST fans have to pay full price £20+ so it works out the same tbh.
