    52% should be plenty. Apparently.

    100% turnout apparently.

Why? It’s only righties fighting other righties and they seem to be taking enough glee out of it for everyone else. Rees-Mogg made a sex face live on TV this afternoon talking about Boris being the next PM. He seems to think it’s a done deal.

Some go on the point to point racing scenes for a while (like a sort of poor journey man in boxing, basically a bum there to be knocked out) but ultimately they all end up as dog food, quite often for the hunt which is intrinsically connected to horse racing. Still the foxes probably love it...

I think he has me on block at the moment but I can’t believe he’d let the suggestion that horses love horse racing slide. Maybe he hasn’t read Astutes post yet.

He’s not said that the bulls love it so he’s at least one up on astute.

How do you feel about the use of furosemide in horse racing? Not allowed on race day in the U.K. but widely used in training to stop pulmonary haemorrhaging? I’ve not suggested it’s as bad as bull fighting. Like I said. It’s like arguing over which shit is the smelliest. They both stink. Horses...

The numbers are staggering. Around 70% of racehorses are slaughtered after their short career. That doesn’t even take into account the ones that are slaughtered even before they hit the racecourse because they haven’t cut the mustard. Horse racing is an industry and horses are just a tool...

Ask astute. He probably thinks bulls like charging at things so bull fighting must be alright. That’s the level he reached with his horses enjoy horse racing line. Oddly you’ve picked on me when I’ve not suggested that bull fighting is anything but cruel yet someone suggests that horses enjoy...

They do. The use of pain killers in training and racing is widespread and common practice all around the globe in horse racing. And it’s done to mask injuries. You go and look at any animal rights organisations website on horse racing. It’s one of their major concerns with the industry.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Odd? Do you think horses enjoy being whipped, kicked, die young, being forced to train and race while injured ect?

You being wrong is what makes me right. You probably think greyhounds like being used as bate dogs if they can’t win a race.

You really are the dumbest fuck I’ve ever come across. What’s your next exclusive? Horses like S&M. Horses are herd animals so when their jockey falls of they continue to run in a herd as per their natural instinct. What doesn’t happen when their jockey falls of is they no longer have someone...

Unless she resigns she’s here for another 12 months at least. It doesn’t look like labour will call for a vote of no confidence in the government either as to win it they will need the support of the DUP which seems highly unlikely.

All true. Yet he’s still more palatable than the conservatives possibly with May as PM and certainly the conservatives with BJ/Rees-Mogg/Davis (delete as necessary) or any other leaver who has any designs on becoming PM. They’ve more than proven themselves to be the slimiest of slime...

Really? Fox hunting, raising pheasants just to be shot, badger bating, keeping pigeons in lofts, hare coursing, greyhound racing, cock fighting, dog fighting, horse racing, the grand national. Just of the top of my head. I know you’re going to say some of those are banned in this country but...

It doesn’t even mean she will go. Despite the vote of no confidence she might still be the most popular candidate for leader in the party if she chooses to stand. Got a feeling that this is going to rip the Tories apart.

And that really is the thing. When you look at the likely candidates voting labour and JC is a lot more palatable.
