    David Mcgoldrick signs

Yeah. I see him as an option off the bench if we need him, or to give Cody or Elliot a rest if we're cruising.

All this bitching about Arsenal Tickets

But what if the club put in a good performance and 10% of those 4,000 fans decide to get season tickets. 400 extra seats for Oldham and Yeovil at home. We all want more at the Ricoh week in week out, people can't therefore moan when fans take an interest in going. This is an opportunity to get...

Tickets available for Crewe on the day

Last time I went there we took over 2 stands. The Crewe fans were being boring so we had to chant at ourselves. Still tempted to go tomorrow but had better not.

Hope its not true as my mate who works at City seems to think we are after him. I'm hoping he's just picked up idle gossip though or even heard it from people who got it from SSN.

Why is someone with money after him too?

What i also find strange is Sky Sports News report it, but Sky Bet don't offer odds on it? http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/coventry-specials/next-permanent-manager Mind you I'm sure that would attract some conflict off interestest issues is they are doing stories about...

Fisher: Reasonable rent firgure is north of £150,000 a year

£150k is stupidly low. SISU can't use a league 1 benchmark for stadium rent and then say how we've got the biggest squad and one of the biggest attendances. It doesn't wash.

CET: Nearly 40 managers have applied so far.

Personally I don't blame Thorn at all for last season, its not his fault the squad was ripped apart. That said we looked a hundred times better last night, whether this is due to Shaw, due to losing Thorn or whether the players just clicked we won't know until we've seen more games.

    Average away attendances

Be more interesting to see it later in the season when early season enthusiasm dies down but also the effect of away crowd restrictions becomes less important.

    Birmingham game:Cringeworthy/shameful moments

Now the drum idea I do like. I remember when Portsmouth came up last season what an atmosphere it created. They had a few though I think, more of a mini 'England supporters band'. But i actually found myself tapping my foot to THEIR bloomin tune. But it worked they sang through most of the game...

AT LAST THE SHACKLES HAVE BEEN REMOVED - what a difference

All it takes is a toothless loss to Crewe and we're back to being miseable again

    Birmingham game:Cringeworthy/shameful moments

Absolutely. Maybe I've just got a lot older but I feel it's a lot worse now than it was. The West Terrace was always a good laugh, great atmosphere and banter. Now it seems we are plagued with pissed up 15 year old brainless chavs, who given half a chance will kick off trouble.

Starting XI and subs - now we've seen everyone play?

Well the players that have shown real promise for us so far are Clarke, Wood, Malaga, Edge, Kilbane, Barton, Baker, Fleck, McDonald, Jennings and Elliott Thats's 11 of them. We can't play them all, but we do at least have options and cover for injuries. Personally I'd go...

    Thorn v Shaw - A comparison

We would have beaten Yeovil probably.

    Reece Brown

He gets more credit WHEN WE WIN. People arn't looking for the negatives as much. Now he was at fault quite a bit last night still I thought. Certainly on their 2nd.
