    All time fave player!

Graham Oakey, of course. Actually favourites are Mick Ferguson Micky Gynn Oakey Colin Stein. With honourable mention for Danny Thomas. Again I feel sorry for those fans who missed the best years of 1967 til late 80s. Only the entertainers in the late 90s can be mentioned in the same...

    Support the club!

Is the person who refuses to buy a season ticket similar to the person who refuses to have their child vaccinated? That is, they take a "principled" moral high ground position and rely on the fact that most others will not...therefore ensuring their child is protected anyway as the diseases do...

    clingan gone

Sorry to see Sammy go but it was inevitable given our financial plight and relegation. Sammy is one of a long line of central midfielders given stick by our fans and made a scapegoat for poor performances of the team. No evidence he cared less than others He did no more than Westwood...

Ah the JOY of it.......Joy Seppalla talks

Your memory has let you down. We were given a green voucher to fill in personal details and had to attach the last 4 home match tickets + 2 cup tickets. I still have them with rusty paperclip. We then had to queue for remaining tickets after they the club had handed armloads to all the prawn...

Ah the JOY of it.......Joy Seppalla talks

In 1987 I went to the 3 rounds before the cup final and every home game. I didn't have a season ticket. When we reached the final the club promised Wembley tickets to all who bought a season ticket for the following season OR you could collect vouchers and queue for what was left. So, everyone...

Ah the JOY of it.......Joy Seppalla talks

Put me down for £1000. I would buy a share of a fund that was reserved for player transfers and wages only, with full balance sheet annually of incomings, outgoings and overall wage structure. SISU are the only deal in town. We, as fans, have to decide to work with them or walk away for, maybe...

    While we all agree

Didn't the council put up most of the money for the Ricoh? It should stay in public ownership until the crooks clear out of football Public ownership of football grounds sounds like a good safeguard against crooks kidnapping the club like MK Dons did to Wimbledon.

I was proud of our kids yesterday...

Agree with OP. The kids gave it a real go. However, this must not distract us from the fact that they can only make up half the team, at most. We need more experienced players; this season too much has been asked of kids. Each of them should be squad players, not first choice. Too few...

    Norwood tweets...

Good player. No chance he will play in League One next season. In my opinion, we need a centre mid with more experience and bigger and stronger than Olly next season. So limited resources could not be stretched to include him anyway. Good luck to him.

    Baker Facebook post

I would go so far as to say Baker was our only attacking threat. No-one else gave them any trouble. Cody couldn't get a touch and Jeffers only managed to once we were 4 down. Not criticising them, but to slag off Baker on that performance is crazy.

    Just got back

Top post I ever saw on here, Blackburn. The club doesn't deserve supporters like yourself and thousands of others. Today must be an act of defiance. We must not let the parasites who have been dragging us down for 20 years destroy the club. We must watch events closely in the next few...

    Anyone watching Sheff Utdv Stevenage?

No doubt about it: we cannot play with kids next season. We need bigger, stronger and a few faster would be nice. If a couple of the kids have to be let go, so be it. Am I right in thinking we have to get a fee for players under a certain age? If so, out of Christie, Thomas, Clarke and Bigi I...

    BBCtv = Southampton TV

Baker was our brightest going forward, no doubt. Proud of Cranie, he held it together when it could have been a cricket score. Only disappointments for me were Bigi, McDonald and Jeffers. However, they all tried hard and I would not fault any of our boys for effort or heart. The key word is...

Which Coventry fan annoys you the most?

I think the phrase: she may be a woman, tells you what you need to know. Football fans: 20% are women but the 80% have yet to notice ;)
