You really think that would happen for a league game? Not unless they manage to give 20k away for free which wouldn't happen. Unless it's a cup fixture against a big team where the pricing structure would be different anyway.

Maybe so but our club has to be looking into every possible avenue to rebuild the fan base. As a great man once said 'leave no stone unturned'

I don't see a pie and pint really enticing new supporters to come and watch, it's more just a little bonus for those who would have came anyway.

Good points on the incentive to get people to buy season tickets. Family ticket deals are something that should also be done. How about a loyalty reward card like they do in supermarkets or coffee shops? Like attend 10 matches and then get a free ticket? Or for each ticket you buy you get...

We have regularly had 15,000 seats unoccupied for nothing over the last 9 years so what's the difference? That's potentially 15,000 future paying customers when they turn over the age of 12.

Attendances ours don't look that bad.

I've just checked the populations of urban areas and it doesn't really give you a better indication, we are 17th. Bournemouth are ahead of us but we have always had better attendances. Sunderland, Derby and Norwich are both below us and Bournemouth and have significantly better attendances.

So what do the club need to do to build up the fan base? I think freezing the prices from the 12/13 is a bit of a slap in the face tbh, are they just going to pretend last season never happened? They were prepared to stay at sixfields for 3 years originally so whats a bit of a cut in the...

Theoretically what ticket price do people think it would take to sell 25k home tickets every week?

I'm not suggesting it should be a £10 but would it be worth it if we sold 25k weekly?

    Yeovil Attendance

It's about enticing those sort of fans to go, sure the committed will pay it but the committed are only about 10k a week.

    Yeovil Attendance

It would seem sensible what you say about buying a ticket for £18 and sitting elsewhere but the thing is that people are lazy, like you say if they are looking for an excuse it is enough to put people off. It also seems as if there was some confusion about whether or not you needed an U16 with...

No season ticket yet so how do I get in on Saturday ?

Go up to Gallagher one day this week, if you can't make it go up to Gallagher on matchday before the match.

Pressley signs 4 year contract (McFarlane + Murray)

At least we seem to be planning for the long term future. Next step has to be to get players like Haynes and Fleck signed to long term deals.

Good win considering where we are as a football nation, didn't really see anything though to suggest we have progressed from the world cup.

I've only looked up to the checkout as then you are required to sign up to there site but added to my basket at £18. You only need a child in the family stand which is not available online, select a seat in the kennedys kop stand behind the goal and it is £18 Please note that adults can only...

It says we have a share of advertising rights and most sponsorship deals, before we got only shirt sponsorship and the advertising boards around the pitch. What’s new is that the club will now get a share of revenues from advertising rights and most sponsorship deals. Under the old contract...
