We need to use systems like that as before we seems to stick to the base formation which would mean a) we get overloaded b) we create no overloads
No, put tactics played by elite teams filter down to other teams.
Out of possession it's a back 4 with another bank of 4 in front of them. The issue sadly is the lack of defensive ability of our left backs.
A left back that doesn't seem great at defending, just what we need.
Also if we stick to the system Lampard brought in for Cardiff then the left back isn't going to attack much.
