Strange reasoning though; don't want to sign someone ahead of our own youngsters. Ok he may not have looked that good yesterday, but he's 24. Our youngsters are just out of nappies. How would signing someone older affect their development, as it's clear some of them aren't quite ready? Unless...

They did tweet and said they would be announced in due course last week I think it was when someone challenged why they hadn't been released yet

But look when we scored our goals. THink they just wanted the game to end, and got complacent. Not knocking it, but it was only pre season. Can you imagine us playing them in a competitive game? I don't think id want to imagine it. Certainly wouldn't just lose by 1 goal
