    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

True. However, There would always be a buyer but it would likely be as land for housing.

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

Don't think it would be profitable without the football club. The football club brings a multitude of outside sponsorship with it. On the other hand would be able to hold concerts and other events throughout the year. See Don Valley Stadium for a vision of how stadiums become if they are not...

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

Not a massive gamble as there is always the value of the asset to fall back on. Only really the same gamble as owning and renting any property I guess.

    Grass isn't always greener

I was on Wikipedia earlier and it states "Surface: Grass". I would seriously question that.

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

Idiot. He is as entitled to his own opinion as you are and it is no less extreme than many others on here with the opposite point of view.

    Potential investors

Higgs & council own the stadium.

    Potential investors

The stadium and land may be worth that. Value of the assets you need to look at. The £1 million profit was for last year (ie before the Olympics). It was at a stage where we were more or less up to date with rent (so without CCFC they would have made a small loss).

    we have the 4th best

And people still criticise Baker. Makes me laugh.

    Grass isn't always greener

Nice to see someone with at least an ounce of common sense. As you say people are blinded by their hatred of SISU.

    Potential investors

They haven't decimated the squad this year though have they. Robins and Thorn were both able to bring in players.

    Fridays outcome?

Why do you hate CCFC so much? Don't understand why you are willing us to be homeless. I would love a change of ownership but admin is not guaranteed to do that and being booted out of the ground would almost certainly mean expulsion from the football league for failing to fulfil fixtures.

    Fridays outcome?

Don't see what kicking us out would gain them. Apart from a massive white elephant and the hatred of CCFC fans. Don't forget fans will lose out financially too if they kick us out:- travelling costs & due to lack of an alternative appropriate ground I suspect season tickets would be void.

Didn't look a foul when they showed the replay on the scoreboard.

    ratings vs hartlepool

Murphy 6 - would have been an 8 with better, faster distribution. Christie 6 - Was ok. Not his best game going forward. Edjenguele 7 - Get's too much undeserved stick. Rarely misses a header. Martin 7 - first time I've seen him. Looked good. Stewart 7 - Decent debut. Baker 6 - Not his...

    Starting XI v Pools

People would have said that about Baker before this year. A fit David Bell will be a good player at this level. It's getting him fit that's the problem.

    Pompey Coach

He can borrow your armbands. You can lend your armbands. Do they not teach you anything at school these days?! ;)

    A Date Apparantley Set

SISU being neglectful to CCFC would be irrelevant. They are not applying to put SISU into admin. They are putting CCFC into admin.
  19. mark82

Hopefully an end to this endless debate once and for all

In fact Labatovich said they would go into admin before liquidation I believe.

    Hartlepool must be ROFL
