    Such a good goal

It's a great strike and great to see how cleanly he hit it, as one thing he gets criticised for is not always getting the firmest strike in Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I went back to Oliver Eagleton's book, Starmer only got his Bachelor of Law in 1985, assuming it was summer 85, the strike ended months beforehand. He could certainly represent striking miners pro bono if he wasn't a qualified practising solicitor. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    Fuel prices

If I was the government, despite my desire to remove the private sector from provision of public services, I would prioritise investment into things that reduce the demand for fossil fuels over buying out the shares of British Gas etc whilst in the meantime trying to properly regulate what they...

    Big crowds at the weekend

Think the last terrace in the Premier League was probably at Roker Park in 96/97, can't think of any others as most of the established top flight clubs had gone all seater before then.

Thought Palmer looked a bit off the pace when he came on and misplaced a few passes, not sure I'd start him. As much as Allen was poor v Sunderland he has generally been more effective at home (albeit he works well as part of a counter attacking team) so I'd give him another go.

    O'Hare bids

I'm hoping that the news that O'Hare's hamstring went after attempting a backheel makes it less likely to be a tear than a strain, can't remember who the physio on here is . Then again I suppose it's bad enough that he's going for a scan so....?
