Either way they have to respond within 20 days, and if they don't answer the question they have to state why. IMO their reply to the Telegraph hasn't done that.
I asked him a similar question earlier.
He stated the new stadium forum wasn't the place to ask silly questions about the location of the new ground.
Instead he was going to ask the much more relevant question about ways to improve the atmosphere at Sixfields.

Local residents in Weddington have been fighting a bitter battle against Nuneaton and Bedworth council over plans to build hundreds of new homes on the greenbelt up there.

When there, can you ask why Mr Fisher and Mr Labovitch both lied about being in discussions with neighbouring authorities?
