I doubt that would be an issue...has anyone ever failed it as long as they can prove access to money? SISU would be able to engineer that perception easily.

Not sure of the answer but I'm thinking that if the rule is that the Golden share & registrations have to be in the same ownership...& it's then proven that they aren't as far as we are concerned - I think we will be in line for additional punishment. I also think the precedent previously set...

Absolutely right - as I suggested earlier Survey Monkey or similar plus don't simply canvass...ask questions. It might help to make SBT more appealing. SBT might well already be doing stuff that the vast majority of fans want - but are they publicising the right things? I.E what fans want or on...

If you are referring to my comment - I meant that mocking the SBT for making a public statement & getting the key players name wrong, makes them fair game. Just like George Bush was when he goofed things up!
