    March on the FA HQ

I agree, plus the rules can only be applied as they stand now. Our case wouldn't benefit from any change in rules - but the rules need refreshing for the benefit of football in general. They seem so out of touch with the fanbase as they are archaic & set when business was more honourably...

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

They couldn't foresee how things would eventually get us to where we are now though could they? Even SISU couldn't. Rules have changed & that has bought things sharply into focus, as well as the need to change.

Stoke investigate after Kenwyne Jones finds pig's head in locker

Yes I read that earlier - but taking the religion out of it altogether...wrapping a pigs head in someone's clothes is hardly going leave them rolling on the floor in hysterics.

Some just look for a reason to protest & rebel-rouse though too. THAT can put a lot of people off. They perceive it will be simple intimidation & an excuse to throw a few bricks - which only serves to make the "fighters" feel better but rarely changes outcomes. And from what I see - there are...

    Paul Appleton (without prejudice)

Oh...so you don't understand?! Maybe he's trying to flush out issues that limit progress. Does that help? See there is also FA membership in the mix, also I suspect "obvious "leaning toward SISU"" is just someone's interpretation that you choose to accept/agree with because you think it's...

Stoke investigate after Kenwyne Jones finds pig's head in locker

Whether he's Muslim or not - if it was, as I read, wrapped in his clothes (probably expensive) maybe not so OTT...but a lesson to all really...to THINK a bit more about the impact on the recipient. Although, we have all been there - just not in the public eye thank goodness!

That's just it - I DO understand those. Somewhat obvious that you do not. Your thoughts are so entrenched that anything said or happening that stops short of claiming SISU are completely & utterly in the wrong is any of the three. At the same time you choose to ignore all the similar stuff that...

    SISU breaking the law

Well - if that IS the case he will only ever find work where & when SISU dictate...& that probably is not the case.

You especially do not understand perhaps

    Dear Mr Apppleton.....

And that he has put the in-admin business up for sale on the understanding the FL share is confirmed by the FL as being linked to that, suggests he is trying to force the other issues out into the open. Once in the open actions can be taken.

    SISU breaking the law

Plus you will now have riled all those that were on other threads within the last few days slagging him off for having "gone to ground" My guess too is that SISU are not much more pleased with Appleton than many City fans. The guy is not stupid - he knows he's on a hiding to nothing, he knows...

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

Some of the City folk on this forum appear to be pretty revolting at times too!

Unfortunately at least some of the key stakeholders wouldn't agree & probably have the financial clout to pursue it in court & the FL are likely to be terrified by that IMO.

That's what your neighbour said too ;-)

Stoke investigate after Kenwyne Jones finds pig's head in locker

What's up? Offended? Maybe not - but if I now start to tell you it's only banter (it wasn't by the way), that would perhaps inflame you. I'm sure many of us know some devout religious people who, as it appears to people like me, are really easily offended by some things. To them it is very...

Can't argue with that - they maybe think (rightly or wrongly) the long term success needs all of the revenue (because they want to make profits)?

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

I share your frustration BUT just imagine their long term vision was a multiple sporting franchise in various countries across the world? They would need their victory to support that vision & will go to whatever lengths are needed to get it. Walking away might not be an option for them UNLESS...

A great many of us share your loyalty. They might show it in diametrically opposite ways though - like support the Club through thick & thin...& if that means travelling to Brighton for home games - they'd do it! That does not make them wrong necessarily. They just differ in what they think...

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

Which would only give us some of the revenue. Long term most of us seem to agree that all of the revenue & owning our own stadium is the best way forward whoever the owner is? I just want to be able for us all to get this severe distraction done & dusted so we can argue about things we have...
