Don't disagree, but why make it a pre-requisite for any owner of the club who wishes to buy the Higgs share that they have to develop the local area? It's just making the club a way in to access the rest without the club being the main interest.

It's not the clubs responsibility at all whilst it doesn't own any part of ACL to build hotels etc, liquidation of ltd will still make no difference to that. I still don't see why it should be the responsibilty of the club 8 years down the line to build hotels if it did.
