I think on top of Robins comments about not being a direct McNulty replacement, this points towards another striker still.

I don't think it's a stretch to imagine that is what he is hinting at. Another striker in would, I imagine, mean Ponticelli going out on loan.

Not sure about that, I'd still have preferred Chaplin personally, but Hiwula still highly rated and could thrive in our system.

The difference is Mowbray did it with the whole squad, not just one player. It's not the same thing. We have a balanced squad at the moment and bringing in the wrong person can upset the balance.
