The clock is ticking again Robins...

I usually agree with most of what you post. However we totally disagree on this. We have been around, mostly in, the play off positions all season. If we don’t go up then rather than starting all over again for the umpteenth time, let him build on this season and this team.

    Burge "injured"

Disagree. The Wycombe keeper’s attempt to push Doyle’s ‘lob’ over the bar was feeble. The Luton keeper had the opportunity to palm the shot to one side. Instead he holds his hands up almost as if he is protecting his face, pushes the ball up in the air and straight out to Vincenti. If Burge had...

    Burge "injured"

Off the top of my head, both the Luton and Wycombe keepers made mistakes at the Ricoh that cost their teams goals and points. No excuse for Burge though, bad mistake set us on the road to a defeat. Is O’Brian the answer? I don’t think so.

    Player Ratings

I Felt that Doyle ran himself ragged today. I dread to think what the score would have been has he not played. At fault for goal number three along with Grimmer, one or two misplaced passes, but interceptions, tackles and headers galore. Comments about him I feel are very unfair.

    Mowbray's got a new job..

A manager that has been given time,an owner that loves the club.

Sounds like you will be delighted if we fail.

    Biamou

I like Biamou and pleased he is adding goals to his game. A bit harsh on McNulty as I still think he is working hard and is still a threat. Today he made Biamou’s first and also laid one on a plate for someone, perhaps Vincenti, to tap into an open goal. Maybe should have scored with the header...

    Ifollow

That’s not really like for like. Sky or BT don’t screen live every Premier team’s games. We are also talking about teams at the other end of the league scale. I could have saved a lot of time, effort and money if I had watched the game on Ifollow. Now, as mentioned, I would still go. However...

    Lee Burge

If we get promoted I would hazard a guess that Burge would be in goal again next season.

    League Two Predictions

What do the bookmakers say? I had ten pounds on us to win the league and ten on us to get promoted too. I think the first one has gone.

    Lee Burge

I would agree. Both the save and the clearance saved goalbound efforts that I, and I would think, everyone else behind the goal thought were in. The TV angle doesn’t do it justice. It wasn’t a standard save and had it gone in no one but the usual suspects would have blamed Burge. Again, I am not...

When has Robin’s tinkered with the position? If Burge has been fit then he has played.

What about those who travel away. Easy option would be to stay at home and watch on Ifollow. Some might choose this for home games too.

    Shipley

I would start with Reid on Monday as he has looked sharp when coming on in the last few games. I felt he changed the game yesterday. We need to beat Yeovil obviously so I would go with a team that can get at them.No disrespect to Shipley but Reid is a natural wide player and he is not.

When this was mentioned in the summer, I thought it was a great idea for fans who live abroad and would never get to see a game. However, reading comments on here it is obviously available to anyone that wants it, maybe even free on Facebook? My question would be: is streaming like this going to...

Match Thread Coventry City at Newport County Match Thread - Friday 30th Mar

I wouldn’t agree with Robin’s that we were the better side in the second half. We weathered a twenty minute storm where they had two shots miss the post by a whisker plus the save from Burge and Hyam clearance off the line. Without being spectacular, I thought we were the best team in the first...

    Accrington

Not sure that this is true. If Accrington were struggling I am sure that some of their fan base would be calling for the manager’s head. Look at Tisdale last season. Exeter struggling before Christmas and a groundswell of their fans wanted him gone. I would bet they would like him to stay now...

    Lee Burge

Some people are just so blinded by prejudice against certain players that they can never acknowledge or see the good in anything they do. Good goal from Biamou yesterday?

    Lee Burge

Great save. To react to that header and push it over shows great reactions. Doesn’t make him Gordon Banks but it was a great save and it ultimately earned us a point just as much as Biamou’s goal. That point may be the difference between promotion and not.Give credit where it is due.
