Not sure if that is worrying or comforting. Could interpret that as Robins has always been a poor manager at this level and the only difference between now and then is Hamer and Gyokeres who papered over the cracks.

Eccles is average, I'm sorry. Every pass he makes is so predictable and telegraphed to the opposition makes it so easy for them to defend against.

So you don't think a player can be affected by the loss of a close team member/friend or be distracted by the opportunity/interest from a team playing in the champions league?

    Time's Up

Looking at the fixtures after Luton it really doesn't look good if we don't win on Saturday, can't see him lasting past November right now if we fail to get 6 points from Luton and Derby matches. I mean we could get points from the other games but realistically Middlesbrough, Sunderland...

Pretty disappointing but at least we didn't lose, doesn't really help us much for the season or do anything to convince us we will turn this around.

We're playing ok but lost some control, Saito and Chair looking too dangerous down our right. MVE not doing a great job but getting very little help

Could be the difference between keeping us up and getting relegated and/or give us enough time/breathing space to sort things out on the training ground so we're no longer awful.

Nah, but it could turn us into a poor side that fights and scraps for every point available

    Time's Up

I think this boils down to lack of experience and leadership again. Can see where a Mcfadzean and Kelly would handle this situation to help motivate the younger players to put in better performances and turn the criticism from the stands into something constructive on the training pitch and...

    A Gentlemans Excuse Me

Awful first 45 minutes, if we had turned up first half we'd have won 3-1

    Recruitment has been shocking

And then they would have scoffed at the asking price

    Time's Up

Next 7 fixtures looks pretty horrendous with Sheffield Utd, Burnley, Sunderland and Middlesbrough to play. Makes the QPR, Luton and Derby matches look like critical matches in the context of the season

Looking at the fixtures we really need to pick up points v QPR, Luton and Derby as I can't see many points coming from Middlesbrough, Burnley, Sheffield Utd and Sunderland

    A Gentlemans Excuse Me

The results were ok in Feb but the performances had dipped, and sure enough the results followed. Bristol City, Stoke, Plymouth and Millwall were all unconvincing displays and the cracks really started to show for the PNE and West Brom fixtures. The form had started to dip before the Man Utd...

    Time's Up

As much as Robins has things to sort out, I think he's earned one bad season and a chance to put it right next season, but if we are in danger of relegation he won't get that chance. We better start picking up some results quickly as if we are in the bottom 3 around Christmas it will become...

    Rudoni …?

I don't think he's been bad really, think he would look a good player in a proper functioning team.

    Robins on CWR

Spurs was a one off game and we set up to counter attack. Blackburn wasn't really a great performance but looked like something to build on but we've gone backwards since.

    What needs to change?

5-2-3 / 3-4-3 Bypass the centre midfield, there only role is to win the ball back and get it to the front three as fast and efficiently as possible.
