So do they read the forums?

Well didn't the article on the official site say it would be released for General Sale in October time? I don't know if anyone can confirm it, but someone said on this forum that the new home shirt would be used for the first time at the away fixture against Port Vale this weekend and that...

Still unsure about the 150K offer.

On the second point you say perhaps, yet it is rumoured and talked about muchly on here, that SISU want the Arena freehold how is a £150K Rental offer going to help towards their goal? Your first point is if's and but's there is no way to say that this would have been the case especially based...

Still unsure about the 150K offer.

Well they want is best for their business and in our case their asset and felt being stuck under some rental agreement at the Ricoh with limited revenue streams wasn't the way forward which it isn't this club needs to be bringing it 100% of its revenues to strive. Whether you believe anything...

I still can't understand why it isn't on sale yet.

Still unsure about the 150K offer.

Yeah but CCFC Ltd was not deemed to be the club and all the players contracts were under Holdings before the deal was offered. Appleton could have spoken to SISU about the offer, but they wanted out of the place and the agreement with ACL, they were hardly going to take up any last ditch offer...

Still unsure about the 150K offer.

The CVA proposal signing had already been delayed, however I am not sure it was deadline by law, maybe someone with a better knowledge of that can reiterate it.

Agreed. People leave all the time five minutes before the end of the game, but if the Sky Blue Army was on top form for fifteen or so minutes and then a mass departure occured, everyone would be writing about it, talking about it and Sky would televise 3D, HD, Mobile and any other way they could!

    Pointless 10 point deduction?

Not having a clue about the Judical Review and not seeing it as a valid reason as to why ACL have kept schtum are two different things and one doesn't lead to the other. It's funny ACL have made other statements in the not to recent past, but when it comes to this rumour it's all quiet, is it...

Still unsure about the 150K offer.

And so would the agreement. Hadn't the assets from Ltd been transfered to Holdings before ACL made the offer? If they had offered it before it would have made sense.

What should happen is; > NOPM/KCIC Protestors should buy tickets into the ground > Once the game is about to start, do a loud rendition of the the Sky Blue Song > Continue to support the team for about 10/15 minutes with constant atmosphere (Not negative, just a positive and supportive...

Why is it all for us Singers Corner to sort it for? Yeah that's my favourite spot at the Ricoh but are you saying I should risk a banning order or a huge fine for the sake of disrupting a game?
  17. RoboCCFC90

    Pointless 10 point deduction?

Not entirely the case, there was a strong rumour about six weeks ago that Haskell was on the verge of buying the ACL stake of the Arena within a two week time frame, this has not yet been completed six weeks on. If ACL had prospective buyers had potential bidders for the Arena as a business I...

Still unsure about the 150K offer.

Passed on to SISU? Why? ACL have already said they didn't recognise SISU as owners of the club. CCFC Ltd was offered the deal, but PA had no players or team, there was no way he could have accepted it.
