No I am RoboCCFC90. I know it was but even so... ;)

    Ricoh Valuation.

Absolutely, you'd have to agree that £17M is a good starting point, combined with the hotel, casino, additional land, etc, you are looking at least £30M for the Arena possible pushing £40M.

    Ricoh Valuation.

True enough, can see Fisher's point though (can't believe I am saying that).

    Ricoh Valuation.

Well in comparison the six fingered muupets from up the M69 brought there ground for £17M in March this year, now obviously the KP is not as well equipped as the Ricoh, but the KP was built at 1/3 of the Ricoh's contructions costs. The Ricoh will be at least double the value of the KP when it...

Only because Tim Fisher said about bringing in AEG as a management company.

The same omens that said we wouldn't win 3 in row this season?

    Ricoh Valuation.

Will that be enough though? Ann Lucas has already stated that she wants to get the best deal for the People of Coventry.

    Bloody Crewe again

Do they still have Gordon Banks in goal?

    Ricoh Valuation.

If Sisu believe they will purchase the Ricoh Freehold for £4M then unfortunately they're deluded or crazy (pick whichever suits). The total constrcutiuon cost to memory was north of £110M, a valuation of the Arena would be at least be half of that amount.

    Brian Moore...NOPM

It's very interesting this situation for Hull, what their owner is either oblivious too or ignores that English Football, English Football fans and this country is huge on tradition and history. Hull City of course don't want there name changed and you can completely understand where the fans...

    Shareholder's meeting.

Of course there would of, there would of been more home fans as well, even now though you can still see what coming to the Ricoh meant to teams, Swindon and Yeovil last season for instance brought good away followings, but they didn't do it consistently, but because it was the Ricoh.... Sent...

    Shareholder's meeting.

The logic I believe is incorrect, you haven't factored in that the Ricoh Arena would have been able to pull huge followings of visiting fans due to the Arena itself. As I have said previously the Ricoh itself and it's reputation would have influenced bigger crowds of away support, as such with...

Why a new ground is the fair way forward

But was the away end at HR consistently sold out by visiting teams? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sisu as we all know are a hedgefund I doubt highly that they can't afford the cost of it, but more in their business acumen is to purchase assets on the cheap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
