1. "Resisted substantial offers for Juke"
2. "Coventry accepted a provisional Boro bid"
Don't know how accepting a bid is resisting an offer?
If this is all true of course!
Hmmm.
"Coventry manager Andy Thorn was prepared to let Jutkiewicz leave after lining up deals for Cardiff’s Jon Parkin and Norwich’s Cody McDonald.
The deal for Parkin, however, fell through and that contributed to the price hike for Jutkiewicz."
Think a few of us were hinting at this. If...
No, it's fine. Let him go. He'll be gone for good and we'll never see him ever again.
Until we get to a play-off final of course and then he wants tickets for being a life-long, die-hard supporter.
Is this why Bigi starts to fade out of game in the second half ... he's busy revising for his mock English exams on a Monday and trying to remember his 7 times table?
Think maybe we should just close down all the clubs struggling in leagues 1 and 2. Ohh, and the Conference ... ohh and the Blue Square leagues .... ohh and .......
I used to know a kid who was a Bedworth United supporter. Followed them home and away every game for year upon year.
THIS is what...
Ahh, but that is the X Factor generation we live in unfortunately. A world where people can change allegiance like changing wallpaper.
I was born in Coventry so I support Coventry. If if moved to Liverpool I wouldn't start supporting Liverpool. Your team is your team!!
"he has a cracking shot but no control and no passing ability"
Take out the 'cracking shot' and you have many of the Sky Blues' current squad! He'd fit in perfectly!
You sound a wee bit pee'd off.
Let's just hope that this fella isn't a footballer and that we don't bring him in on loan. http://www.myspace.com/iheartsisu
If we can get loan players in whereby the parent club are paying the vast percentage, if not all of the wage then of course we should do it and it should be the minimum that Sisu and the board do. Apparently we have money for wages so this should all happen.
Don't think Sisu should get any...
We stuck him in concrete though at least it would bring him closer to he fans. He'd also be more in tune with the general Joe Public and away from his luxurious lifestyle.
We did this to him and he'd just be Ken from the block!
Been dead and buried now for about 3 years. Which is exactly what I am also endorsing for Sisu and the board of directors.
Think we missed a trick when they made the concrete plinth for Jimmy Hill's statue to be honest. Think KD would have sat snuggly encased and enshrined in there.
I'm sure he has been up a few times to the Ricoh.
Would explain my seeing David Beckham, Sven, Stevie Gerrard, Gary Linekar and Jose Mourinho in the stands ..... as well as Tony Blair, Robert Kilroy-Silk and The Prince of Wales.
