I know I shouldn't go on their forum, but it's quite funny. Apparently we're a big, physical team who just bullies teams, the ref is the worst they've ever seen, and Hamer is trying to get people sent off. Rofl. Enjoyed that tackle from Eccles, btw.

Much as I hate to say it, might be wise to take Palmer off at HT. He's going to get a red if he's not careful.

i just jumped on their forum for a laugh, and they're really slagging off the ref. He may as well have been wearing red and white for the first 20 minutes!

I'm starting to fall in love with Kasey Palmer as well. Skilful and aggressive. Lovely mix.

We've probably been on top for about 2 minutes of the game so far. As much as I dislike Sunderland, they are playing well at the moment.

I'd have gone for one of Gordon Milne, Russell Slade, or Mark Venus, and Mark Venus would have been wrong as he was only caretaker manager - he had18 league games as caretaker, which must be close to a record. His actual win percentage during his managerial career (all as caretaker) is around...

His wiki says that Chris Hughton played him as an attacking midfielder. Interesting.

The Preston forum seem to be in fairly unanimous agreement about this guy; past injuries mean he has zero pace, he can't score for toffee, he can't strike a ball cleanly, and he's scared to shoot with power due to weak hamstrings. Sounds perfect. But to be fair, what the fuck do fans know...
