SCG Teleconference with Tim Fisher tonight

We don't know - do we? You are assuming he is, so that is telling you what exactly?

I don't mistrust PWKH either, nor do I mistrust KH or Jan. Bying the Higgs shares seemed strategic to the club which led to the Heads of Agreement. When nothing else happened, we had a lot of discussions on this board if that was down to the disagreement over the price or terms. We also...

SCG Teleconference with Tim Fisher tonight

That is my point and why I responded. This is something that could quite easily be verified. When we know the verified facts we know a lot more about the people involved.

SCG Teleconference with Tim Fisher tonight

There are no proof of anything. One part has said something. Another part has said 'not true'. We don't yet know who is telling the truth.

I don't remember TF saying anything more than ACL were in trouble and that Deloitte was called in and YB were considering the mortgage. Later the council bailed out ACL, so to my knowledge TF were not telling lies there. But he may have this time, and if so he has a lot of explaining and...

SCG Teleconference with Tim Fisher tonight

The bit about TF telling the SCG that the council veto'ed a sell of the Higgs shares being disputed by a Higgs employee calls for immidiate action. Either SGC misunderstood or TF lied. If TF lied all trust is broken and the SCG should consider if their meetings with the club has any value. If...

I understand this - actually this is what I have said for many years in regards to sisu and the club under Ransons chairmanship. Still, I am sure Higgs have appointed boardmembers at ACL and are operating under 'advice' from Higgs.

Thank you for that statement. As a stakeholder in ACL would Higgs support mediation or arbitration to settle the conflict?

No mentioning of the arrears? Are the club happy to accept the ACL demand?

    ACL hold all the cards

The escrow account needs filling up again, but the amount should be reduced with the percentage the rent is reduced.

    ACL hold all the cards

ACL have done exactly what they needed to do. Secure the rent arrears debt in court, getting mother (council) to take over the mortgage and finally trying to claw out the money they are owed. But have they been wise? What ... in retrospect ... would have been wiser, had been to accept the...

Can you think of any reason TF should make up the 'tale of debts conversion'' - I can't. So it must be something they planned. And if it has not been executed by now, then it depends on other events - like rent reduction. Again - I think sisu are amazed it has taken ACL this long to issue their...

Prozone was put into SBS&L in return for the 18% shares to Ranson and a £1.5m loan from Arley (RR's company group). Prozone was sold for £7m and part of that was used to pay out the loan to Arley. I think Ranson left a poorer man to when he came in.

    Good article

That is true. The club has been much less talkative than the council/ACL recently.

Good reply's ... I have one comment: If sisu is now owning part or all of the clubs shares - as opposed to previous when the shares were owned by their clients - and if most of the debts have been written off, then sisu may have spent only very little. If they then manage to get the club to...
