Nah, Boris wants to be able to prop up the industries he’s about to fuck over with hard Brexit.

Match Thread Rochdale vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 22nd Feb

Any insight into the position he’s likely to play? He must be close if he’s not getting U23 minutes.

Win this. Win Rotherham. Win Sunderland. Then we can draw.

Get ready for the 1st March!

When was the last West Midlands derby with a side in a higher division? When was the last non Wembley game with a 50:50 crowd? Hate this pretend ignorance of the reason Brum caught people’s attention.

You won’t be laughing when you see his council tax bill.

Fair point. Will depend on the deal but unlikely we would sign up to anything like it. So post 2020 might be a possibility.

But why play the filler if they aren’t going anywhere and there’s kids behind them?

This is why I’m pinning all my hopes on a random rich landowner in Cov suddenly hearing of our plight and gifting the club some land. Or a EuroMillions win.

    General Election 2019 thread

There’s a whole U.K.-US right wing *thing* going on that doesn’t sit well with me. Sharing people, activists, financial backers. I like my rulers where I can see them thanks.

    Colchester U23 v Coventry U23

Im not complaining obviously, but it’s be a real shame if the proper squad development meant we stunted the growth of the very players we rely on to survive financially. Maybe it’s just an off year as well, many of the kids seem to have failed to break through to the U23s or are out on loan...

    Colchester U23 v Coventry U23

Just basing it on the rumour Wolves had sent him here cos they see him as a WB not a winger and the fact he’s been a straight swap for Mason on the bench. Our formation suits central attacking mids more than out and out wide men so unless there’s a change I’d be surprised to se him in the...

No one is predicting an RLB win. It’ll be Starmer. It should be Nandy but people will want to play it safe.

Giles has clearly come in for Mason on the bench if you look at it before and after. Bigger point is he’s got Allen, O’Hare, Shipley or Westbrooke to displace.

Well there’s one of two options isn’t there? Either they need to buy some land and there’s not much the council can do aside from give planning advice. Then they need to pay market rate for it. Or if they can’t afford that, they need to find land the council will hand over below market rate...

We’ll always be renting short of someone gifting the club land with conditions. And CCC can’t make people sell their land at a price Sisu will pay, and we know how much this forum hates CCC cutting beneficial deals for sports teams ;)
