Drysdale and Josh Eccles both played for Gillingham who beat Oxford 3-1 (Oxford battered them). Gillingham right up near the top. Imagine if they got promoted with Gillingham - would be funny. Either way, gaining invaluable experience. Eccles sounds like he's doing really well.
Totally agree - didn't think we were sitting pretty by any stretch; was just passing on something. Interested to see what next week brings in terms of Wasps news (held back from last week)
That desperate, I watched Fleetwood v Hull (Harvey Saunders (Fleetwood) and some double-barrelled youngster from Hull stood out. Both very good players
Watching a bit of Fleetwood v Hull.
That Harvey Saunders is looking like a real prospect (Fleetwood)
Hull have a similar youngster who looks like he'll be very good Lewis-Potter (better than Maguire-Drew!!)
Edit: Ched Evans wrestling all and sundry at every set piece. Horrible, horrible side...
My post about the £16m was based purely on a phone conversation with my brother earlier today. He said it was a new notification he had received via Endol (as out of interest, he keeps an eye on Wasps). He may have misinterpreted the state of play - just repeating what he told me.
This is probably old news, as I couldn't see anything about it on the pests forum, but my brother keeps an eye on their affairs via Endol (?) and says he received an update yesterday/today? that Richardson has just had to pump in 16m plus into the Wasps company to keep them going - but is...
Investors yes, but the majority are probably fans, who will be more interested in supporting them. That said, once bitten, twice shy, they won't find people so willing to effectively throw away their money second time around.
Blood pressure probably lower as a result of enjoying a bit of fun. Head over to 'Once a Wasp' site, then you do see how a lot of them view us and blood pressure could go the other way (although they'd say the same if on here!)
