    'Fear, Uncertainty and Distrust'

Freudian slip there with the word PROTEST. Planning permission can be a slow and tortuous protest at the best of times, and SISU could hardly be considered to have spent

    Paul Appleton (without prejudice)

Question ?? If ACl buy Ltd , does the lease remain in existence? Does that then entitle them to sue SISU /ARVO /Holdings for the remainder of the lease??

    New Club?

Not necessarily ,if they owned said club they would have gate reciepts, admittedly they would incur costs of running a club.:thinking about:

IIRC OSB thought this amount may have been written down at some point in one of his disseminations,it sort of matches the amount they Cleared upon takeover ,they did clear around £9M. did'nt they?:thinking about:

    CCFC Finances...

That would seem about right £2M invested up to may 2012. Meaning operating costs of £8M. ......Sounds heavy............Turnover @£5M. ............would have thought that was achievable ,but would expect Bigi's and Keoghs fees on top of that .

    New Club?

How long does it take to back them into that corner?? Is that the point at which you choose not to follow them out of town ,or get sweetalked into saving the club. I think that sounds defeatist TBH.....I don't think you understand just how divorced an increasing number of fans feel...
