The interesting thing here is that a mediator doesn't take sides. It looks for the best outcome for both parties. So the question had to be asked why acl aka council doesn't want this? Is it because they know CCFC will get a better deal than what they have laid on the table for us? The...

    well said Tim Fisher

Well didn't CCFC buy the land around the gasworks and then the EU grant was used to develop the area and stadium. Tesco payed a lump for their part. We cocked up and then sold out to Higgs and acl for our land ownership and revenue rights as well as stadium ownership. The money we received were...

    I just hope

Carsley has worked with some great managers including David Moyes where he would have learnt a lot about keeping a tight unit and a hard team to break down like Everton. I think he said he will only be in charge for 2 games so my reckoning is a new manager will be announced some point before...

Team v Crewe away in the JPT

Keep the same team as today.

    Well done boys

You have to remember this is division 3 football so a cb isn't 100% best at concentration and quality. If they were they would be playing at a much higher level. You need defenders who are solid enough and like a fight and Wood and Cameron can. I do think Dickenson is probably a better option...

    Well done boys

I think Cameron is more than capable at this level. Look at Grandison... he is very good at this level and Cameron can be as well. If anything it will make Edge a tougher player. He had a good run in the team and he will have to work harder. Adds good competition and i look forward to Edge's...

    Well done boys

Fantastic result and let's hope the new manager coming in gets some support to give us the best push to the play offs. Solid back 4 today. Good call by Carsley to bring in Cameron :claping hands:

    Bury match thread

Moussa and edge dropped. Interesting Carsley dropped edge. Good to see he thinks defence is an issue

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

A mess as well. I'm not saying Sisu are perfect at all. The Ricoh is being run by a crew who have no idea about running stadiums and events the same as Sisu are clueless about football. Acl are under performing as a business and should be generating a lot more money from events.

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

Both Acl and Sisu are giving you the run around on this. Lets see what happens. Ultimately we want the best for CCFC.

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

My friend is in the midlands media scene and there is no article mate. I'm only going by the information I have. Nobody on acl or Sisu are talking about the £24m because that's where the current issue is. The media is very aware that acl, council and Sisu are all as bad as each other. Acl...

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

I won't be disclosing who told me this but it is from someone in the media who isn't the one wrote the independent article.

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

Is not theories its known if you speak to the right people. Martin Reeves and Chris West are both Coventry council people on the board and influenced by Mutton and co. Acl as a whole is a bloody mess. They don't know how to maximise profit margins and a number of people have already said...

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

I'm afraid that's not the whole story Jan. Acl are refusing to give CCFC access to the other revenue streams full stop. The club cannot compete wage wise next season on food and beverage which is hardly anything. Acl have told Sisu they have to pay £24m of they want it. Acl don't want...

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

Of course this was another quick fire mess McGinity got is into. As we as selling our stadium for dirt cheap to acl they also sold our income revenues for a stupid price. As much as people complain about Sisu and acl and council. McGinity cocked the move to Ricoh up in spectacular style.

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

I can understand after 10 years the £6m we sold at is £12m . But £24m?? CCFC are the biggest advertisers of the Ricoh and we do it for free.

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

There's a difference on agreeing the stadium rent... Even fisher said that's fine. It's the revenue stream which we are being held to ransom about. Listen to all the interviews again and it becomes more obvious. Acl refuse an outside expert like Deloittes to get involved? Why is that?

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

So when people are saying the club is being stupid saying they will be build their own ground is because it is a better option than paying £24m to access stadium revenue streams on a ground you don't own! Building a stadium you own 100% is financially better for the club. Now you can see...

We have to pay acl £24m for revenue rights

The rent on the stadium is fine but the price we have to pay for the revenue streams is x4 what we sold them for originally. That's some crazy inflation figure in there!
