This was my point and it seems to have turned into a Maddison vs Lookman debate. I was simply using Lookman as a good example of a club playing hard ball and getting a good fee. Something we should be doing be never seem to do.

Well we've never seem Maddison play in the Bundesliga have we? The point is there are people at top clubs who think he's capable of playing at the top end of the premiership, which is in fact, a stronger league than the Bundesliga. I would suggest he'd be straight in that Everton team. Not wow
