I think they mean match fitness. Completely different to normal fitness. Match fitness includes sharpness, concentration and composure. Which you can't gain on the training pitch.

Born in cov, and supported them since. Left cov when I was 8, so missed a lot of the 00's years. Being so far from cov made me want to be there more than if I lived in cov I think. But back up in cov as much as I can now to see the sky blues :)
