I think trustworthy is the wrong metric. They’re all trustworthy to give an account of events according to their biases. The BBC is biased towards the government of the day (and liberal politics/economics because of that). Don’t look for unbiased media, look to take into account everyone’s bias...

Nah, they’re right wing economically and socially liberal, which is the opposite of the plurality of British voters. So everyone hates them depending on which they consider more important. Like the TV version of the Lib Dems, hated by everyone for entirely rational reasons :P
